Application

All prospective students need to complete an application and return it with a $100 application fee.

Submission of the application and fee will secure a space for your child on our waitlist. When a space becomes available, new students are selected in order of application date and with consideration for maintaining classroom balance. Priority will be given to siblings of children currently enrolled at MSCT and children of MSCT staff.

Applications can be completed and returned via email or in person.

Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card.

*Please note, a 3% fee is assessed on all credit card transactions.

Enrollment Forms

Once your child has been offered a space, you will receive enrollment forms.  Registration is considered complete once we've received all forms and payments, and the contract is signed and returned (Toddler-Elementary).

Visits

Upon receiving the enrollment forms, one of our teachers will reach out to schedule the next steps:

Infants and Toddlers

Home visit: An opportunity for the child to see their new teacher in their own home. This helps to establish trust, build a relationship, and open communication with parents.

Classroom visits:  An opportunity for the child to attend two short visits to ease them into their new environment.

Primary and Elementary

Assessment: An opportunity for the teacher to introduce the child to the classroom, assess where to place them in the curriculum, and determine overall readiness.

Classroom Visits: An opportunity for the child to attend two short visits to ease them into their new environment.
